We are a growing company in the Central Valley with a vision to grow nationally. We work diligently to provide high level resources to local government, hospitals, non-profits and the business community. Some of these resources, include but are not limited to, C-Level Interim Executives, Software Programmers, Project Managers and Technical Solutions. We are looking for individuals who have strong B2B relationships and are accustomed to reaching the highest level contacts with-in an organization. Our Field Executives will be paid commission only, plus quarterly bonus. The model is built to attract very high level business development professionals and compensate them well.
Duties & Responsibility's:
- Create and cultivate relationships with Board Directors and Business Owners.
- Present Strategic plans and negotiate contracts
- Understand complicated business processes and technologies as needed.
- Work well with a team of professionals

Requirements:
- 5+ years B2B sales
- Working within the Human Resource Staffing industry, or history of owning your own business is helpful
- Track record as a top sales producer
- Experience crafting and presenting proposals to high level business partners
- Must possess executive demeanor: Tactful and highly intelligent with outstanding people skills to include listening, non-offensive questioning, and critical thinking and reasoning.
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
